Powerpivot error in excel 2016

Hi,

Can anyone help? When I go to the Powerpivot Tab in excel 2016 I get an error saying that the complement could not be runned. Try to fix the issue by reparing. The following error should help if this doesn't work. An exception occured in the startup, exception type '<Module>'.

I have tried to repair, erase Windows registry, reinstall, check and uncheck the complement and nothing works. 

I am using O365 Pro plus with Windows 7.
