Power Query

I have a Microsoft 365 subscription and I have been unable to gain access to power query/get & transform. I do not understand why I don't have access to this, I pay for a subscription. I have attempted to change my ribbon without any success. No one seems to know where I can add this my current Excel.

In Excel ribbon, do you have a Data tab? There you should find what you're looking for...
