Power Query Only Importing 14,568 Lines of 15,500 into Excel

Copper Contributor

I have exported 15,500 lines of data (with 28 columns) using Delimiter: Tab from MicroStrategy 2020 to a text file.

I have verified there are 15,500 lines in the text file.

When I import into Excel Power Query in the Power Query Editor window only 14,568 lines appear.  (This is at the very first step Source before any steps have been added.)

How can I get up to 50,000 lines to import or is this a limitation of Power Query or Excel?

I am using Excel from within Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2016.

I'm going to take a guess here because I've seen this a few times and the solution might be very easy.

It's possible PowerQuery is reading the dimensions of the sheet from the sheet's XML (Which might not encompass all rows). A way to reset it, open that workbook, save it, close it, and then try to query it again.

I identified the problem.  PQ was importing data from the original file.  I had failed to change the SOURCE in PQ when I changed the source file location.  Thank you to everyone who responded.
