Thank you! Your steps are spot on and can confirm the above behaviour as I just experienced what you described. I tried using hot keys via BetterSnapTools to move window to active screen but it kept jumping back to whatever location it was at offscreen 😐 . I submitted feedback via the help menu.

4 years since you posted this. The problem is still there. Yay MS for taking proactive steps to scan this website for software defects and bugs. /s
Edit: Using Excel Version 16.89 (24090815). On MacOS 15. Device with displayLink software install in case that has something to do with it 1.10 build 117.
