I have a sheet in which client list is there and it get added new client list, also i have calendar till 2028.
I wish to have results like client list and month&year in one column. and in future if client get added in the list it should automatically get same results
Please guide

If you date are stored in date format then you may use the PivotTables by grouping them by month and year. Make sure to convert you source data into Excel tables so whenever there is a new entry it populate as you hit refresh on the Pivot.
