Placing "Spreadsheets" switching under the "formula bar"

Good morning

I am working on a certain spreadsheet and it would be very useful to place a "sheet strip" (where we switch between sheets). At the top of the sheet somewhere under the "formula bar". Is it possible? If so how do you do it?

This is basically the function of the sheet tabs, along the bottom of the workbook.
