Can anyone advise on the following? I have source data summarizing sales-client interactions (name of sales, client, date of interaction, type of interaction, duration, etc.).
I make a simple pivot table with count of activities, sum of duration. I'm having trouble with the following:
- How can I set up conditional formatting based on critera across multiple columns - e.g. red, yellow, green based on activity count vs. duration of activity ranges? Tried to use AND formulas in the menu, but this generates an error (You cannot use relative references in Conditional Formatting criteria for color scales, data bars, and icon sets.)
- How can I set up a column to show the number of days since the most recent interaction witha client?
