Pivot table variable location

The formula for the location of my pivot table is "Sheet1!F28" all the data and table are on sheet 1. I would like to change the F28 to the contents of cell G4.

In other words the cell G4 at the moment  reads F18 but this changes as my data spreads to more rows. I would like the location of the pivot table to change as more data is added. 

is this possible?

That's better to use GETPIVOTDATA function (microsoft.com) or CUBEVALUE function (microsoft.com) depends on do you work with data model or not.
