Good Morning to all

 

Trying to summarise some data in a pivottable where I want to count the number of staff working on a project, per day and per job.  Due to the payroll data I am importing and working with (and staff having multiple entries per day for different pay elements) I have used a calculated field of =IF(HoursOrQuantity>1,1,0).  Having tried multiple ways of doing this, I am confident this is the best solution to get the data correct.Screenshot.png

This has caused me an issue, as the subtotals per contract are now showing a value of 1 regardless of whether I change it to count or sum - is there a way of maintaining the calculated field, but reinstating the subtotals to work?
