Drag Loan rate to the row area of the pivot table, below the Sellers item. In the pivot, right-click the Loan rate column and choose Group. Enter 0.0 for starting at, 0.05 for Ending at and 0.05 for By. You should get two groups:
0-0.05
and
>0.05
Select one with 0-0.05 and simply overtype it with <=5%
Select >0.05 and overtype with >5%
