Pivot Table Number Grouping

Hi,

Currently I am able to group numbers in Pivot table without 0 as separate row. Is it possible to have Zero as separate line item? I am sharing Pic of both. What I have in Excel and What I want in Excel

Perhaps that's only with data model creating helper table with ranges and proper measures. Like here DAX: How To Group Measures Into Numeric Ranges | Burningsuit
