I look after scheduled servicing for a earthmoving company. A big part of that is machine hours.
I have developed a pivot table that filters on all active machinery ID's and their respective hours.
The report works great! It updates the hours within the pivot table each time i dump new data into it. Only issue is, when a new piece of equipment shows in the raw data, it does not show up in the pivot table.
I can see the new equipment ID within the pivot table filters, but it will not automatically select and show in the pivot table.
Am I missing a setting here where I can tell the pivot table to automatically include all new items within a column so it shows up in the pivot table? (i.e new equipment numbers).
