Pivot Table is not picking up all values from Filter Table

Hi Team,

I hoping if you can help me fix my OneDrive Excel. 

After manually adding up the numbers, I found out my Pivot Table is not picking up all the values listed in the Filter Table from another sheet.

I tried a lot of the recommendations to get it fixed but I think I missing something here. Can you please help me with it. I can send you a copy of my excel document. Can you please provide me an email for this request.
