Pivot Table Help

High School administrator here. I am trying to figure out how many students have multiple course failures instead of just one. I am dealing with a sheet of over 3800 rows of data. Any help is appreciated.

@KWrightFLEX You don't describe how your data is structured, but assuming that you have at least one columns with the student ID, another with a course ID and one more with a result, you could use a Pivot Table to summarise the data. To work with 3800 rows is no problem.

I've attached a very small example in the attached file.
