Pivot Table help

Hello,

 

I'll try my best to describe well what I want and am trying to do. I dont know all the correct excel terms.

 

I am using a big excel file where is one sheet is our database that we update frequently. We then have another sheet with many pivot tables. Many times a day I go through the pivot tables and click on some numbers that then open up a new sheet with the data for what I selected. I would love to have some columns always hidden when I double click on a value and it opens a new sheet. If I hide it in the database it isnt hidden when that new sheet opens up. I could also just move around the columns to only have the info I want, but I get an error message that I am unable to resolve.

 

Is there also a way that when that new sheet opens up, the colums are the same width as the ones in the database?
