I am trying to create a pivot table on Excel and am unable to drag and drop any values into the rows or columns. I can check the fields which put them into the Values category, but nothing will drag and drop. Is there a different way to add a value to the rows or a way to fix this issue? I tried enabling the Classic Pivot Table Layout and still am having no luck. I am using a MacBook Pro so this could be the issue? Please let me know!
@mmdobbins You should click on the field name and then drag. If you click the check-box, you can't drag and drop. Alternatively, two-finger click (on the touch-pad, or right-click with a mouse) on the field name and select where the field should go.
