Pivot Table did not consolidate data

I made a pivot table with customers and products and one of the customers were not consolidated shown here:

@GreenSpleen420 Not visible from the screenshot but I suspect that one of them has one or more training spaces. "aaa Hospital" is not the same as "aaa Hospital  ". Check and correct the source data.
