Im trying to create a pivot table with Date data in Long Date form and am neediing to short the data by day of the week to see which days have the greatest demand. My issues is my table is only allowing me to short the data by Year, Quarter or month but not by day or week. Any help would be appreciated

I'd add a column to the data source with formulas that return the day of the week. Let's say the date is in D2 and down. In the new column, use =WEEKDAY(D2) and fill down.

If necessary, adjust the source range of the pivot table, refresh it and add the new column to the Rows (or Columns) area.
