Pivot Table Date Filters

I have a date filter that contains multiple dates (multiple months, days and years). I forget how to change the formatting so that when searching I can type "2020-07" instead of selecting every day in July to be displayed. I have other pivots in this template that do this, but I cannot remember how to apply it the new pivot table I'm creating. Please help!

You may right on any date within, Field Settings->Number format and apply custom format as yyyy-mm-dd.

Alternatively you may use wildcards in the filter search, like */07/2020
