I was wondering if there is an easy method to select the 1st and last cell from the data returned when a slicer is activated. My slicers are year and month. When the data is returned, I need to take the 1st and last cell values from Column D, which is data read from a sequential meter, so every hour of day this meter is read. There could be a time that the meter "rolls over" from 99,999 to 0,000,000 and continues up from there. I now how to do this on a named range, but not how to do it from slicer filtered range of data. Here is an example of data where the reading rolls over.  How do I select the 1st cell and the last to insert into a formula, when data is from a pivot table?   Thank you.

If this is a pivot table, the first cell should be fixed, isn't it?
