Pivot table - change group totals to averages

How would I change the totals for FN Total, MA Total, etc. to averages (excluding zero values) without changing the values used in calculating that average?

If you are on Excel for Windows Desktop you may use data model, create DAX measure which aggregates depends on filtered FIN, etc or not; use such measure creating PivotTable.
