Is there a way that I can autofill/refresh data into a different sheet from the first item of a pivot table?

why don't you just use a reference from the other sheet to the first item in the pivot table?

Either with normal cell references (e.g. =Sheet1!A10)

Or with the GETPIVOTDATA function that is usually automatically used when you start your entry with = sign and then click into the pivot table.
