Pivot Chart Y Axis not auto formatting range

I have a slicer running a pivot table and linked chart 

For 8 of the selections the Y Axis range function (auto) is working fine , but for 2 NOT . 

I show the pics of two different ones , the faulty one is set to minimum 0 . There is a greyed out cell that if not filled seems to make the min zero 

  Bad one with zero value as Min, to be clear no pivot table values are zero 

 Good one with correct range
