I have spent hours embedding PDF files in a Workbook and then embedding a picture of the PDF file in the comments in a cell so all you have to do is scroll across the cell next to the PDF icon to see exactly what the PDF file is. Only to save it then open it back up in the morning to find my pictures in the comments gone and the PDF icon to be transparent except the letter and the logo. I need help to find out what is the best format to save and what could be wrong with what I am doing. Thank you for any feed back it is greatly appreciated.
