Permanet Default watermark in excel/word

I use MS office in at my work place, we deal with lot of files each day which contain commercially valuable information, I want to make sure that every time an office member opens an excel or word file(new or existing), the files should have a permanent watermark of my company that says this is a property of 'My company name' and this water mark can be removed only by inserting a passcode.

 

Not sure if such feature is available, but suggestions are welcome.

For business use, you would have a prepared template ( file that contains the letter head of the company, address and telephone, etc) which the staff should use for Excel and Word.

 

There is unofficial way, you would modify the default template named "normal.dotm "for MS Word 

and for MS excel "PERSONAL.XLSB"

 

For both suggestion, they will work with new documents only.

Adding the watermark for old documents it is not good idea, what if you received a document from another company "this way your watermark will be added to their document once you open it"
