Please help me with creating graph of each individual as per their weekly performance. attached is a sheet.. please choose sheet 4 (TGT vs ACH W4) 

i want to make a graph of each individual with respect to their targets and achievements for a week

I'd be more inclined to help if you posted a screenshot of a relevant part of the data along with some idea of what kind of chart you wanted.
