PERCENTAGES USING CELL COLORS

I have a cell range of data that has measurements with passing and failing points.  The passing measurements are highlighted in GREEN and the failing measurements are highlighted in RED.  I would like to be able to get the percentage of failing (RED) cells, in the complete data range, A1:M25?

Any suggestions?

@Tom_Tucker5467 , if you highlight cells manually when that's VBA programming. If you highlight using conditional formatting (that means you have some formal logic for what's green and what's red) when you may use same formula as for the rule to count the cells.
