Page display issue

Copper Contributor

Using Excel 2019. When I open my spread sheet it is displaying 2 pages side by side and 0.5 page that is not populated. It displays pages beyond 7 populated pages... ad infinitum. So 7 pages altogether, display goes like

1-5

2-6

3-7,

4

I want it to go

1

2

3

4

5

6

7

How do I do that?

In print view it shows as I want to see it.

@prav216 Hey can you show me the file

Sorry, that's confidential for the company I am contracted to. What they say is that it used to display 1 page scrolling down like list view and not multiple pages like icon view.

Solution

@prav216 Hey I have just seen your file...

What you can do is cut all data of page 5,6,and 7 and then  paste it below page 4 because excel recognises pages vertically and not horizantally

Hope I made it clear

Have you checked the Page Order settings?
Down, Then Over
Over, Then Down

Found in: Page Layout ribbon, Page Setup group extender arrow - bottom right of "Page Setup" group, then "Sheet" tab. bottom of dialog box - Page order?
