Package Tracker Status #Busy

When I enter the formula for the package tracker I get the #Busy message in the cell...any ideas?

Formula Example:

=PACKAGE.STATUS(C2,FALSE)

PACKAGE.STATUS() sounds like a custom macro. is the file .xlsm or .xlsb? There is no way we can tell you why it is #Busy without the file to see what you are sending and what the macro is doing. (make sure to remove any personal/proprietary info)
