Is the problem only with this pre-opened file? or any file previously opened.
Has this happened after a new update?
You can try the following beforehand
Install the latest update
Repair Office programs
Start Office applications in safe mode
Identify possible problems with the add-in

What I recommend: Always inform about your Excel version, operating system, storage medium/hard drive, OneDrive, Sharepoint, etc.).
