Opening Files

I kept Excel 2010 as long as our IT group would let me.  Now I'm using Excel Office 365.  When I click "open" it takes me to a screen that requires me to hit "Browse" before I get to a file tree.  

Is there a way to bypass this screen and get to the file tree directly each time I click on "open"?

Select File > Options.

Select Save in the navigation pane on the left.

Tick the check box "Don't show the Backstage when opening or saving files with keyboard shortcuts".

Click OK.
