One value is absolute, while the other is not

I have a question. Why is N changing with the columns (N1, N2, N3, etc.), but G remaining static? (G2, G2, G2, etc...)?

I don't know much of anything about excel, and any help is appreciated.

@PrismaticACS It shouldn't. If the formula in O2 really looks like =G2*N2 ,you should be able to drag it down and the row references will increment automatically.
