My company is experiencing an issue in Office 2021's Excel software where it will save the printing preferences.
In any workbook if one user saves the document, even if its a new document, if another user then opens the workbook and goes to print it will print to the previous users print store. If exported to Office 2013 and then saved the printing preferences stored in Excel seem to be removed.
The exact issue happened in Office 2013 but does not work for 2021 (We've tried): Mailbox and other printer-specific settings are saved with an Excel file (microsoft.com)
Microsoft Support seems to have no ability to help me with non 365 products. Is there a way to submit an official bug report?
