Office 365 pro licence conflict with 2016 professional plus

Copper Contributor

I've installed Office 365 lately, however, I cannot find the features like Filter & Sort functions, and when i checked the account, still showing the MS Office Professional Plus 2016.

I also, went for change license & It shows the message "We selected the best one for you" which is 365 (c the pic), but eventually, I cannot use the required functions.image.png

If you have a Microsoft 365 subscription or non-subscription version such as Office Home and Business 2019, 2016 or 2013, in most cases you can't run these versions together on the same computer.

There is one exception to this: If one of the two products is installed through MSI (which is common for volume licensed products), these two can run side-by-side. See How to use Office 2013 suites and programs (MSI deployment) on a computer that’s running another ver....

If you want to install and run more than one version of Office on the same PC, here are some tips to help you avoid most set up errors:

Install and use different versions of Office on the same PC

@NikolinoDE

Actually, I already uninstalled the previous version before installing the new one.

The problem is that it's showing as if I still have the old version after the installaiton of the 365.

I guess this is kind of a conflict, maybe...
