When trying to copy data from one sheet to another in a workbook I get this error. (screenshot would not attach). Can't find anything on the Googles. Any ideas?

Here is what I tried:
1. Rebooted = no help.
2. Cleaned out temp files and rebooted = no help.
3. Did a full online Office repair = no help.
4. Uninstalled and rebooted. Reinstalled = no help.
5. Googled the error message = zero results found.
6. Searched Microsoft site = zero results found.
7. Logged onto another machine to see if it is a profile problem. = got the same error.
