Numbers of a column do not remain in the corresponding record

I have filled in all cells of a row on Excel with a formula. This formula gave me body weights in numbers (for example 3.5 (kg)). I then removed this formula and replaced it with the numbers from the formula.
Now when I sort other columns in the same document, the body weights no longer match the corresponding records. As soon as I remove the sorting again, the body weights are again contained in the correct row. Can anyone help me with this?

Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar?
