Number of Hyperlinks

Is it a limit for the number of hyperlinks which I can use in one EXCEL file?

actually, yes.
I'm creating EXCEL file and approximately after 50K rows (x 30 columns)- its stops. I try to create another file , put in all needed info and copy and paste this portion....

Were you putting hyperlink on each of the cells in the 50k rows and 30 columns?
