Number Formatting

Hi Everyone and Helpers,

I have to Excel Formatting Problem.

I have the Excel file in 25k Rows [ i attached Example the picture] this Excel file have the A Style Numbers Formatting but i want to Change the B Style numbers Formatting All Rows [ Simply Rows Convert to Colum] Only Numbers. How is Convert or

So, that's not about numbers format, that's about how to transpose column to row, correct?

If so you may use TRANSPOSE() function or Power Query.
