In Excel from Office365, after copying a cell with Ctrl + C and try to move to another cell with the arrow and enter, I am not be able to edit the Excel with a “no response error”. After a while (about 30 seconds later), I am able to edit.
In terms of frequency, The frequency of action is high as action need to be repeated.
Is there any countermeasure?

On the device where the event is occurring, it occurs if you are running Outlook simultaneously and does not occur if you are not running Outlook.
