Hello Sir/ Mam,
I am using a license version of M/O 2021 home and student version . I am unable to use all the shortcut keyboards keys in excel and others . For example: for adding if we can use alt+ plus symbol and others formulas in short cut keys , we can't use the shortcut. While pressing these keys we can't do anything . We have uninstalled the M/O and reinstalled it also but nothing has happened. I request you to please assist us to solve the issue as I can't use the M/O properly and it's hampering my daily schedule work . Hope to receive a quick reply .
