Normal View after adding header & footer

I can't see my worksheet data after adding a header and footer.  I have gone to View and changed it there but none of my original data is there.  When I hit print preview, it's back... but not ever on the Sheet 1 view.  I have also saved, closed and tried to reopen - same thing.

If your workbook doesn't contain confidential data, could you attach it to a reply?

It does contain names and address... sorry

Could the used range have scrolled out of view?
