New Excell sheet

When starting new excell sheet the cell numbers are on the right hand side instead of left.  The cell heading are right to left instead of left to right. As though the language is right to left like persian.

Not sure I understood what exactly do you mean, but you may add this icon to QAT

it toggles left-to-right / right-to-left
