New Design in M365

Hi, when I open my Excel this morning I find a new layout, as shown in the image below. I would like to know if Microsoft is already releasing the update or if this is still a beta? (My cousin is enthusiastic and may have accepted Office Insider).

It shall be in Current Channel (Preview), former Insiders Slow, as well. As I know not for Current channel so far.
