The City of Los Angeles recently implements a law which limits housekeeping staff in hotels to clean less than 5000 square feet in any 8 hour shift (these numbers may be reduced for a number factors). Since we have multiple housekeeping staff and our rooms vary in size from 205 sf up to 460 sf we would like to create a table where the room number is entered and then the room square footage appears in the next column so in the end we can have our housekeeping manager assign We have 94 rooms. I have tried the IFS function and that does not seem to work. Any ideas.
