We use a number of networked databases. Different analysis reports will look for data in these databases. The problem is that the path is through the machine's username, which of course changes on each computer. I would like, without going through VBA, to integrate into the access path visible in the cell's formula, a way to find automatically the user name so that it can go and retrieve the data in the right place. I would also like to avoid moving databases in a common folder and outside the user folder. (See attached file, For example in cell B3, i would like to automatically replace "Vincent" in the acces path)
