Hi everyone. I'm having trouble splitting a single cell in a table using Excel Office 365. All help articles say to simply click on the cell that I wish to split and a tab will appear labeled table tools, from there I can click on Layout and I will have an option to split or merge a cell. Simple. Except when I click on the cell I wish to split, the only tab that pops up is table design which does not allow me to split or merge cells. Using Text to columns feature does not work either as that incorporates multiple rows and splits it out into different columns.
Please help me figure out how to split a single cell within a table.
