I'm looking into how I can insert a new column between my location list and numerical data, that will auto populate the date and push the previous 24hrs. to the right.

Eric, as variant for columns (Dates) you may use headers with formula as

With this to add new column left, select column E, Ctrl+, copy paste E1 to the left
