Need help writing Excel formula

Help! I'm trying to write formula that shows all probabilities for 8 numbers that totals <=23 but can only use 5 of the 8 numbers

Are the 8 numbers given? Please provide more detailed information.

I'm part of pool billiards team & I have 8 people on team that are all different skill levels ranging from1-9. I want to be able to have formula that calculates all combination possibilities made up of only 5 team members that <=23 total
