Need help with Excel

Hello, I'm new in using Excel and I would like to ask, if anyone has any ideas how to make from sheet 1 (Values, Date, Place), that it will calculate that table on the sheet 2 (RESULTS) like shown? If possible, anyone could create it for me? Thanks in advance.

This isn't the format you specified, but it IS the result. And it's employing a popular feature of Excel known as the Pivot Table.
