Need help with button functions

I have a spreadsheet that is to be used as form and would like the buttons to be used for the selections.

@Rosemary68 What is that you want to achieve? There are radio buttons and pictures of circles all over the place. With Group boxes and linked cells that probably aren't set correctly.

If you're on 365, you might consider using Forms for the input which can use Excel to collect the results.
Each one of those group are for that one row, so the person completing can make a choice of those buttons and the choice will fill in at the end. And you are correct they are not linked correctly because buttons in the other rows will fill with a different rows info
I believe the company is using 365. But I am not too familiar with it, where would I find "Forms" ?
